Tips
- •For a more intense truffle flavor, stir in the truffle butter only at the end and do not heat it too strongly.
- •Never let the sauce come to a rolling boil, or the Parmesan may split.
- •A small splash of lemon juice significantly brightens the rich, creamy sauce.
Steps

Origin & History
Truffle pasta combines the classic Italian technique of binding pasta with starchy cooking water and cheese with the aroma of black or white truffles. Particularly in central and northern Italy, truffles are prized seasonal ingredients and are traditionally paired sparingly with pasta, butter, or cheese.
