Sinh Tố Bơ

Sinh tố bơ is luxuriously creamy, lightly icy, and rich with the buttery flavor of ripe avocado. Sweetened condensed milk gives it a classic Vietnamese café taste, while cold milk and ice make it smooth, refreshing, and perfectly sippable.

Ingredients

Sinh tố

  • 300 gripe avocado flesh
  • 120 gsweetened condensed milk
  • 180 mlwhole milk, cold
  • 200 gice cubes
  • 1 pinchfine sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1

Cut the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender. For the smoothest drink, use fully ripe avocados that yield gently when pressed and have no stringy brown spots.

  2. 2

Add the sweetened condensed milk, cold whole milk, ice cubes, and a pinch of salt. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds, stopping once or twice to scrape down the sides if needed, until the mixture is completely smooth, thick, and frosty. If it seems too thick to move in the blender, add 1-2 tablespoons more milk.

  3. 3

Taste and adjust the texture if needed: add a little more ice for a thicker, colder smoothie or a splash more milk for a looser drink. Blend briefly again just to combine.

  4. 4

Pour immediately into 2 chilled glasses and serve at once while the smoothie is thick, creamy, and ice-cold.
