Ingredients
Rice
- 300gSushi Rice or Jasmine Rice
- 450mlWater
- 3 tbspRice Vinegar
- 2 tbspSoy Sauce
Tuna Mix
- 350gCanned Tuna
- 4 tbspMayonnaise
- 1 tbspNori Flakes
Vegetables
- 1 pieceCucumber
- 1 pieceCarrot
- 2 piecesSpring Onion
Garnish
- 2 tbspSesame
- 2 piecesNori Sheets

Rinse the sushi rice thoroughly until the water runs clear. Bring to a boil in a pot with 450ml of water, then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

Once the rice is cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then gently mix in the rice vinegar and soy sauce until well combined.

While the rice is resting, drain the canned tuna and mix it with the mayonnaise and nori flakes in a bowl.

Slice the cucumber and carrot into thin strips or cubes. Cut the spring onions into rings.

In a bowl or deep plate, arrange the seasoned rice as the base. Top with the tuna mix and garnish with the sliced vegetables.

Sprinkle with sesame and cut the nori sheets into pieces to sprinkle on top.
